Susan
D. Goodwin practices in the areas of
municipal, administrative, telecommunications
and special district law. She serves as
general counsel for the municipalities of
Gilbert, Litchfield Park, Wickenburg, Clifton and
Youngtown. In the past, she also served as
general counsel for Cave Creek, Clifton, and
Apache Junction. Ms. Goodwin represents other
municipalities on special projects such as
negotiation of development agreements, internal
personnel investigations and development of
updated zoning codes. She also provides assistance in
the areas of personnel, water, and environmental
law for the Firm's special district clients. Ms.
Goodwin has been a presenter on land use issues
at seminars sponsored by CLE International, The
National Business Institute and the Arizona
Department of Commerce.
Ms. Goodwin is a member of the Arizona State Bar
Association, Maricopa County Bar Association,
and the Arizona City Attorneys' Association. She
is a former member of the Arizona Structural
Pest Control Commission.
Ms. Goodwin graduated from Arizona State
University with a B.A., an M.A. in philosophy,
and a J.D. from the College of Law.
