William P. Sullivan is a founding member of the firm and has practiced general civil law for over 30 years, working in the areas of contracts and administrative law. He primarily handles utility and natural resource concerns of the Firm's private and public clients, including utilities, developers, special districts and municipalities.
Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience representing both utilities and customers before State regulatory bodies such as the Arizona Corporation Commission and the Department of Water Resources, as well as before State appellate courts. He is active in the formulation of water-related legislation and regulations.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association.
Mr. Sullivan was raised in Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.A. and received his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law.
